If you want to stick with Free and Cheap Items you can Roll between Transaction #1 and Transaction #3. That means you end up basically getting everything for the cost of tax and fillers since Transaction 3 is $0.99 after RRs and Transaction 1 is a $1 Money Maker, they end up balancing each other out.
